This group will focus on group meditation.  It will consist of both guided meditations and silent meditations; focusing on the breath. Meditation has advantages for both physical and mental health. We believe that if mediation works so well for an individual, perhaps that power is amplified in a group. Group meditation also reinforces everyone's desire to make it a daily practice. We all lead busy lives, and even the best intention to meditate can get lost once in a while. Joining a group enourages more commitment. But a group can also represent a meditation lifestyle that inspires every member.
